Policies

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality website development services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments made are non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel your project before work has begun, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment.

2. Revisions & Edits

Each website package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery.

3. Delivery Timeline

We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeframe agreed upon at the start. However, delays may occur due to client responsiveness, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, etc.) promptly to avoid delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, branding materials, and content for the website. If content is not provided within the agreed timeline, the project may be delayed or paused.

5. Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their website. However, any third-party assets (such as licensed images, plugins, or software) remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.

6. Hosting & Maintenance

Unless explicitly included in your package, website hosting and ongoing maintenance are not included. We can provide recommendations for hosting providers or offer maintenance plans upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we are not responsible for any loss of revenue, downtime, or security issues after project completion. Clients are encouraged to maintain regular backups and security measures.
